Adult Mission Trip: Nashville Specifics

10-20 volunteers per session
Destination – WPC Nashville (500 miles; 8 hrs via I-40)
Arrive Sunday evening; leave Saturday morning
Cost per person/night - $20 (total $120 each)
Each team must have at least 1 team lead per work team, 1-2 cooks and provide own daily devotions.
Each team must provide transportation to the worksite(s)
Volunteers cook and clean for themselves.
Provisions provided by WPC-N
Tools provided by WPC-N but bring own tools if you can/like.
Bring own linens (bed linens, towels, pillows)
WPC-N has bunk beds with mattresses.

Housed in lower level of Fellowship Hall at WPC-N

Air Conditioned
Separate sleeping accommodations for men/women
Gymnasium with associated showers in same building (2 shower each for men and women)
Large youth suite lounge with wireless router and color TV
Large quiet lounge with no electronics
Commercial church kitchen with cafeteria steam table
One washer and dryer on site.
Available soon, grill and picnic tables on patio

Restaurants and many sites intact in Nashville area, so plan to take one afternoon / evening off to visit something or eat out (optional)
WPC –N may invite volunteers to a members’ home one evening
No alcohol or smoking on church premises
